This is a beautiful character villa on the heights of Saint Gély du Fesc, for 8 people.
Saint Gély du Fesc is a small village located 8 km north of Montpellier, between Pic Saint Loup and the Mediterranean (30 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Hérault).

The villa is very quiet, located at the end of a dead-end street. It has a beautiful 8x4m swimming pool and is protected by a fall detector in accordance with current standards.

It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with a large double bed. Baby bed and high chair available.

Along the length of the pool, a large solarium terrace (12x3m) allows you to fully enjoy the sun with its 4 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs.

A large terrace, serving as an outdoor dining room, allows you to enjoy the magnificent view offered to us on the other hill of St Gély, with the pool in the foreground.
A grassy and flowery garden surrounds the villa and provides that essential touch of greenery for relaxation and well-being.
Another terrace, equipped with a small teak lounge, covered this time, allows you to rest in the shade, when the heat begins to be felt, thanks to the small breeze that crosses it from side to side.

Kitchen open to the living room, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the indoor dining room, equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave, a large fridge with two large freezer drawers, a washing machine, a coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes.
1 master bedroom, air-conditioned, equipped with a large 160X200 bed, with opening through a bay window giving access to the garden and the swimming pool. The view from the bed is very pleasant. East-facing.
1 other bedroom, air-conditioned, equipped with a 140x200 bed. West-facing.
1 guest room, air-conditioned, with a 150x200 bed. West-facing.
1 bathroom with bathtub, with a French window that gives direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. East-facing.
Upstairs there is:

A mezzanine organized as an office.
A large air-conditioned bedroom with a large 160x200 bed and its own renovated bathroom (washbasin, shower, toilet). It has two windows, one to the West and the other to the South. A large 50 'TV is facing the bed. This bedroom, which can be compared to a small suite, offers great comfort and independence (if you want to withdraw to a quiet place for example).
The whole house is equipped with freebox internet, with wifi.
The view is magnificent and breathtaking.
A large cinema complex with eight cinemas is located at the entrance of St Gély du Fesc.
The region of Saint-Gély-du-Fesc and Montpellier offers a multitude of tourist activities for all tastes. Nature lovers can discover and/or climb Pic Saint-Loup, an emblematic mountain located only 17 km from the villa, offering many hiking trails through its steep hills and wild and preserved landscapes.

The region is also famous for its world-renowned vineyards, particularly the protected designation of origin of Pic Saint-Loup (AOP), where visitors can visit the wine cellars and taste the local wines in an enchanting setting.
